Basically, all the footage we have is on mini-tapes from a nice digital camcorder and a mid-range format professional camera. We need it reviewed, edited together, and transferred to DVD master for professional duplication. (Like what you did with the Court stuff.)
It's our tried-and-true naughty show, our "Wake" show, and a bunch of stage warm-up jokes and some of our song-set music. Looking at a finished product of probably 1.5-2 hours, with titles, credits, etc. Quantity of raw footage is probably 12-14 hours, when accounting for two cameras running simultaneously, although (as I understand it,) most of Friday's footage was basically unusable. *sigh*
As for when we need it... Heh. We wanted it in production to be able to sell at Northern, but obviously that isn't going to happen for the first couple weekends. Given the scope of what I've described, what do YOU think is a reasonable amount of time?

How many cameras shot each show (Multiple Angles)? If it's Mini-DV I too have a camera that supports it. Otherwise I'll need the cameras with the tape to transfer it to my edit bay.
As soon as someone can get in touch with me officaly to review the project and see what can be done I am willing to work on it. Depending on how it was shot, it shouldn't take long to cut and put it togeher.

Two cameras, three shows. One camera was a personal digital camcorder, and the other was a larger, professional camera, but I believe all the tapes are the same format. (No idea; I'm not the technical-type person.) The camcorder was nearly straight-on, and the other was from the left side of the house... I've seen the camcorder footage from the Saturday show, but none of the other stuff.
I will call Cate/Ruth tonight and ask one of them to get in touch with you directly.
